Refund policy

Our 60-day guarantee

Use Belleza for up to 60 days from the day your order is delivered. If it is not for you, email us at him@thejamiefarrell.com with your order number and we will refund the full price you paid for the product, including any shipping you paid, to your original payment method. You do not need to send anything back.

The details

• The guarantee covers one order per customer and applies to purchases made on belleza.life.
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days of your email. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
• Orders placed with a free product code or a creator sample code are not eligible for a cash refund, since nothing was paid.
• If an item arrives damaged or leaking, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund, your choice.
• If you had a skin reaction, please stop using the product and tell us. We log every report, and we will refund you. We may ask about the batch number on the bottom of the bottle so we can learn from it.

Fragrance

Belleza Daily Moisturizer contains fragrance, listed on the label and on the product page. If you prefer fragrance-free skincare it is not the right product for you, and the guarantee covers that too.
